Team Leader – Marketing

About the Role:

Samudra Strips is seeking dynamic and experienced Team Leaders to drive our marketing and business development initiatives. The ideal candidates will lead a team of buyers and field executives, develop supplier networks, and ensure consistent business growth in the metal scrap trade segment. This position offers an opportunity to play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of buying executives and marketing staff.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase procurement volume and supplier base.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Monitor daily buying targets and ensure team performance aligns with company goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing fluctuations.
• Prepare reports on team performance and business progress.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for smooth deal execution.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate Degree (any discipline).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing, business development, or scrap trading.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and market analysis abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to drive results under deadlines.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹18,000 per month
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
